Comment
- The Lauter: this small river, only 39 km long, wanders through Wissembourg before flowing into the Rhine after crossing the Franco-German border.
- The Saints-Pierre-et-Paul abbey church: the largest in Alsace, after that of Strasbourg, it is remarkable for its stained glass windows, rose windows, frescoes and 14th century cloister. Only the square tower of the 11th century Romanesque abbey church remains.
- The Salt House: built in 1448, it is remarkable for its 4-level roof. Originally a hospital, this building served as a salt depot then as a slaughterhouse.
