The Abbey of Saint-Jean-des-Vignes was a Gothic-style abbey of canons regular founded in 1076 by Hugues le Blanc, located on the Saint-Jean hill southwest of the town of Soissons in the Aisne département of France.The abbey has been listed as a historic monument since 1875 (for the bell towers and cloisters), foreshadowing other acts of protection to follow: listed in 1913 (remains of the abbey buildings) and 1947 (guest quarters and grounds), listed in 1947 (surrounding wall, water tower, abbot's residence).
