Comment

In the Harry Potter saga, Sirius Black, nicknamed Patmol, was a Pureblood wizard, the son of Orion and Walburga and the brother of Regulus. While studying at Hogwarts from 1971 to 1978, he became friends with James Potter, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrow, and the four of them formed the Marauders. He was Harry Potter's godfather. Wrongly convicted of murder, he spent twelve years in Azkaban prison and was the first known wizard to escape.
