The Calanque of Callelongue is the first calanque of the Marseilleveyre massif between Marseille and Cassis. It is located at the south-east end of the 8th district of Marseille, in the Goudes district at the end of the seaside road, after the village of Goudes.
Its name comes from the Provençal cala lònga (calo longo according to the Mistralian standard) and means "big creek".
The telescope, a kind of underwater cable car from the 1960s linking Les Goudes to the Callelongue cove, was located in this area. Some vestiges are still visible, such as the wheel mechanisms used to move the cabins.
The calanque is served by the bus line 20 of which it is the terminus.
