Comment

Rantanplan, also spelled Ran-Tan-Plan, is the name of a fictional dog who first appeared in the comic strip Lucky Luke, in the album Sur la piste des Dalton, in 1962. The character is a parody of Rintintin.
His main characteristic is to be completely stupid, but he often manages to unwittingly (and sometimes willingly) help the other characters in the comic strip.
Between 1987 and 2011, he was the hero of his own comic strip series, as well as an animated series in 2006.
