Comment

The church was built at the high point of the castrum, next to the old castle of the lords of Saint-Paul, of which the tower, now the town hall, remains. Originally, Saint-Paul had two poles, the castrum and the residential area which was located on the site of the current cemetery, around the church of Saint-Michel.
