Noirlac Abbey is a Cistercian abbey located in Bruère-Allichamps, near Saint-Amand-Montrond, in the Cher département. It is one of the best-preserved Cistercian abbeys. Acquired by the Cher département in 1909, restored between 1950 and 1980, it is now a cultural meeting center and member of the European network of meeting centers. Noirlac Abbey is a member of the Charter of European Cistercian Abbeys and Sites.
