Reverse
On the reverse side the describer sees a monogram, that of the factory as well as a cross; here also this interpretation is subject to caution. The monogram of the manufacture of Saptes is represented, says Eugene Castel, on the keystone of the chapel he gives the drawing figure 3.
One sees there an M interlaced with the S of Saptes and has nothing to do with the cross having the figure XX at its foot followed by II D on the line below. On the other hand the circular legend MANVFACTURE*DE*SAPTES is the meaning of the real and incontestable link between the token and
