Bosko was Created in 1928 by Hugh Harman and Rudolf Ising. The stated their company under the name Harman-Ising Productions. After working for Walt Disney in Kansas . Bosko thier first caracter . Later to become the First caracter in the Looney Tunes line up under the umbrella of Warner Bros. Studios. Along with his Dog Bruno His Girlfriend Honey. Later Honey's Cat made the scene in 1932. Hugh Harman developed a way to properly synchronize the voices with the animation. Which somehow Disney has been credited with this task. Some poetic justice, Harman-Ising took many of his animater with them. Once they were in production with Warner Bros. Studios. Bosko and family beat out Disney's Mickey and Minnie for several years in populaity. Bosko cartoons were produced between 1929 -1938.
