This medal is not signed nor is it attributed. This type of obverse was used in various occasions in 1867 especially for the medal of memory of the EXPOSITION but also for example for the inauguration of the line of train Fougères / Vire.
There are two types of right, according to whether or not there is the circular legend around the 3 medallions (Source GGB)
