Auscoinswest Souvenir Coin. One of a series of Tourist Souvenir coins that could be obtained at various tourist places across Western Australia. Purchased at the Argyle Homestead Museum
Attached are scans of the three map and swan obverses. The first version has a raised map with the swan incuse and an inner circle separating the legend from the rest of the design; I refer to this obverse design as MS1.
The second version has both the map and the swan in outline and does not have the inner circle; I designate this obverse as MS2a.
The third version is very similar to MS2a, but the lines are thicker and there are slight differences in the positioning of the legend, particularly the positioning of “WESTERN AUSTRALIA” being further from the rim; I designate this obverse as MS2b.
