This souvenir medal is given to everyone who takes the Vin Villa ruins tour on Pelee Island in Ontario, Canada. The obverse is designed to look like the medal won by this now ruined winery at the 1878 World's Fair in Paris, France. The real medal was lost, so this reproduction was based on a photo. The reverse of the real medal is unknown, so the replica just features the current day crest of this location.
