The commemorative medal is dedicated to the non-commissioned and non-commissioned officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who proved their effectiveness and importance during the Russian-Ukrainian war, which has been ongoing since 2014, and was and is one of the factors in the successful actions of the Ukrainian army to repel the occupation forces of the Russian Federation from the beginning of the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022 and up to now, commemorating their feat and heroism.
