39mm diameter. High relief, antique finish. Complete set of 60 medals each devoted to a famous Saint or Pope; each medal stamped CATHOLIC DIGEST and STERLING on the edge. Housed in a dark blue library display book with the words HEROES OF GOD stamped on the front in gold gilt.
