Bronze - Come inside an Emerald green cardboard case with leather motive, lined with Emerald green velvet. Case lid with the obverse design in gilt on the outside of the lid.Silver - Come inside a blue leather case lined with white silk and blue velvet with the obverse design in gilt on the outside of the lid and: "SAM" on the inside.
