This token was included in the Royal Australian Mints Baby Mint six coin set, in the three years from 2006 to 2008.The idea was that you could get a baby's name and birth date engraved on the blank side of the token as a keepsake.
The "Magic Pudding" theme is based on Norman Lindsay's series of children's books.
