This token was included in the Royal Australian Mints Baby Mint six coin set ,in the three years from 2009 to 2011.The idea was that you could get a baby's name and birth date engraved on the blank side of the token as a keepsake.
Blinky Bill is a Koala character in Dorothy Walls series of children's books.
