Her majesty the Queen's platinum jubilee stamp replica incorporates at least 0.1g of platinum.
To produce these stamps platinum bars were rolled to the required thickness, laid between sheets of polymethyl methacrylate with a platinum colour added to the top sheet to retain the colour.
The minimum weight of platinum required is 0.1g for a 35mm x 35mm stamp.
