Translation: The celebration of the proclamation of the kingdom. The law of 14 March 1881. Article 1: Romania takes the title of Kingdom. Its lord, Charles I, takes for himself and his descendants the title of King of Romania. Article 2: The heir to the throne will bear the title of Royal Prince. 10 May 1881.
