Comment
Slg. Böttcher 5371/72Richard Volckamer von Kirchensittenbach was stationed and named by order of the imperial colonial bureau as Prime minister and chief of command of Balinga in Kamerun. During an uprising of the Barrongos he died on September 27 1892. His elder brother Guido Volckamer commisioned and donated this medal as remembrance.
