The coat of arms is a copy of a 50 Centimos coin from 1926. The medal has date 1867 (last years of the reign of Isabella II) but could have been issue in last years of the reign of Alfonso XIII.
The piece shown in the picture has a hole, made after it was issued, to use it as a pendant.
