DasCoin was founded in 2016 by Michael Mathias.2017 has seen the launch of the DasCoin blockchain, its unique hardware wallet Validator, and the commencement of minting of the currency itself, alongside several other milestones. DasCoin has also welcomed a number of highly-influential and well-respected appointments to its board of directors over the course of the year.
In 2019, the DasCoin Ponzi scheme has collapsed, prompting the company to shut down its website.
