Series
“Castles of Valladolid” (“Castillos de Valladolid”) series is a set of medals dedicated to castles of the province of Valladolid (Spain), issued in 1997 by the regional newspaper El Norte de Castilla.
The set consists of fourteen pieces made of silver (.925), thirteen of 22 mm and one of 30 mm (this last one is about the Castle of Fuensaldaña, seat of the Cortes of Castile and León from 1983 to 2007, and is inscribed “JV 925”).
