The Medal for Manhood and Faith, is a Romanian medal instituted by Royal Decree No. 2812 of November 3, 1903 and amended by High Royal Decree No. 2523 of October 12, 1904, which was awarded to officers and police agents who showed courage and faith in the performance of the function or any public official or private person who will have contributed to the maintenance or restoration of public order and safety, will have provided important services to the police, will have saved the life or property of a person at the risk of his life, or will have committed an act of manhood or faith
