A Celestial Genius with garment flooded with stars and radiating crown holds the newborn Prince Christian to a veiled woman seated on a laying lion, representing Denmark. Together with the child the Genius gives also a greet of long life by touching Dania with a radiating scepter. Denmark, as said, is seated on the Norwegian Lion who holds a crowned oval shield with arms of Denmark, Norway and Sweden, and she also puts her feet on a dead Hermes.
