Comment
The “Officerarnes Målskjutningsförbund” was a shooting club founded in 1859 by king Oscar II, when he was still a prince. This medal was made as a 60th anniversary celebration.
The obverse and reverse bears different titles that would fit prince Oscar at the time of the Association's founding.
