Occasional medal minted on the occasion of the unveiling of the monument to the victims of December 70.The monument to the fallen shipyard workers of 1970, located on the obverse of the medal, located at Solidarności Square in Gdańsk, was designed, among others by Bogdan Pietruszka, Art and Medalier,
Crosses of 42 meters high (each weighing 36 tons) are the tribute to the memory of the first three shipyard workers lost by the Citizens' Militia and the Polish Army.
