This token is a reproduction of a Marburger Pfennig from ca. 1170, simillar to this one: N#229216
The original coin from 1170 was trying to imitate a similar coin from Cologne.
The token (based on the coin from 1170) was produced by a local bank (Sparkasse) in 1980.
There are 3 different versions in pure tin, fine silver and ducat gold.
