The establishment in question has existed since at least the 1930s. Called "Um Ronnen Eck" or "Hôtel Pax", located at 121, route de Thionville in Luxembourg City, the establishment changed owners regularly. Madame Vantusso, maiden name Suzanne Bausch, took over the café on October 16, 1956. In 1967, Suzanne Vantusso-Bausch took over the Auberge de la Vallée in Hinkel. The Hotel Pax and restaurant still exist today.LW 12/20/1963
