Built in Le Havre and launched in 1958, the Espadon submarine completed more than 25 years of missions, during which it covered 650,000 km - the equivalent of 17 times around the Earth. Since 1987, this submarine, the first French submersible to sail under the ice pack, has been welcoming visitors to the port of Saint-Nazaire. It is the only submarine afloat open to the public in France.Price
