Comment

Benoît-Palamèdes Baudinot (also known as Benoît-Paldamès Boudinot de Sèlvres), a member of the French Parliament and Seigneur de Selorre, was elected Viscount-Mayor of Dijon on June 20, 1674, and remained in office until June 20, 1677; he was re-elected (after Pierre Monin's term of office) on June 20, 1679, and remained in office until June 1681. Benoît-Palamèdes Baudinot bore "de gueules, à trois fasces d'or, accompagnées de trois croissants d'argent rangés en chef" (blazon registered in 1698 in Dijon, n° 57, 135, 208).
