History:
The King's journey to Reims for his coronation lasted almost a month (October 16 - November 8, 1722).
The young Louis XV was crowned in Reims on October 25, 1722. He came of age (13) the following year, and was declared of full age at the lit de justice of February 22, 1723. This put an end to the Regency of the Duc d'Orléans. From then on, Louis XV governed personally, taking charge of the Grand Council.

Commentary:
Large diameter, in yellow copper. It is not impossible that this token is of foreign manufacture.
