A burning caprine on a flaming altar pierced by a circle in which is a triangle (Holy Trinity) containing the word VNI. The altar is flanked by two monograms composed of an I and two Cs (Claude d'Urfé). Legend around a border of grenetis.

This token was used for the Maison du Dauphin. The altar and the monogram composed of the initials of Claude d'Urfé and Jeanne de Balzac d'Entraigues, his wife. He was governor of the Dauphin (the future François II) and the other children of King Henri II (the future Charles IX, Henri III, François d'Alençon and Marguerite de Valois).
