Norton Steenfott (1914-1985) was a Eureka history enthusiast, relic collector, and tour guide. This token is likely a souvenir piece as it has no "good for" or "in trade" value. Additionally, Mr. Steenfott would have been a teenager in 1928 and at that time, the shop wouldn't have been in "Olde Towne" (sic) Eureka, just Eureka.An excellent description of Mr. Steenfott and his interests can be found in this forum post.
