Token from Jean-Pierre Fischbach and Elise Schilling's Café in Holzem. The exact date on which the couple took over the establishment remains unknown, but is likely to be in the early 1910s. J.-P. Fischbach died in March 1934 at the age of 53. The widow continued to run the café until her death in 1962. The couple's children sold the establishment and the concession in 1963.Weiller type token no. 24, commissioned by Aloyse Anen and struck at the Fisch & Cie workshop in Brussels. This die was used between ± 1918 and 1942. Not listed by Raymond Weiller in his two books.
