This dry goods store partners were Charles Hallock, Henry W. Dolson, and Gilbert Bates. It followed "Hallock & Bates" (HT-275) which was at a different address. In 1837, Mr. Hallock tried to raise funds by selling his pew at the local Dutch church.8 May 1837, The Long -Island Star (Brooklyn, New York)
