Made by a Georgetown and Demerara Jeweler (R.P. Caps) as a Souvenir Medalet around the year 1910. Most examples are mounted or were mounted at some time. Unknown Karatage. Lettering is in Latin, take from the coat of Arms of Guyana. Some sources claim other variations exist of 18K Gold, with a weight approaching 3 grams. This cannot be confirmed.
