Tokens were issued randomly by slot machines when rare combinations appeared. A total of 5 tokens have been released in the series: Mario, Kuppa, Princess Peach, Yoshi, Noko Noko. The tokens have denominations ranging from 15,000 (Noko Noko) to 50,000 (Mario), but as far as I know, the denominations were not used in any way.
