The series of tokens from Quebec City, issued for their famous Carnaval de Quebec, is undoubtedly the most complex token series ever seen in Canada. Every year, starting in 1978, multiple different types of tokens were issued. Each type featured a nostalgic scene from a Carnaval of years past - in the first years of issue, this scene was always the famous mascot Bonhomme (who changes slightly every year), but in later years many different aspects of past Carnavals were featured. Because many different types were issued over so many different years, over 56 different types of tokens from Quebec City are known to exist!Price
