First token from the Café du Commerce in Cruchten. The couple Louis Seil and Marguerite Waldbillig ran the establishment from 1900 onwards. Louis Seil ran a carpentry shop alongside his café, and was entered in the trade register as a cabaret owner and lumber merchant. Louis Seil died in August 1921, and his widow continued to run the café until 1931.
