Alphée Dubois who designed the coin, was born in 1831 and died 1905. The token exists with dates 1599 (creation of the first Bureau du commerce in Marseille), and 1775. It was probably minted after 1880.There is also a version for the 350th anniversary of the Chambre de Commerce with mentionon reverse and the dates 1599-1949 on obverse:
