Comment
The piece consists of an aluminum capsule, in which is set a postage stamp held in place by a mica disk. The Atlantic Hôtel was located at 12, Bd Victor Hugo in Nice. It opened in 1913. It issued stamps around 1921, including one with an Italian vignette, which is an eminent curiosity for a French stamp. (Cf: Y. Brugière n°620.2)
