Žagarė Cherry Festival is annual festival in Žagarė on every third weekend in July. The main symbols of the festival is the special kind of cherries growing in Žagarė “žagarvyšnės”, cultural heritage and horses. The first Cherry Festival was organized in 2004. During cherrie’s yield, in different historical places of Žagarė arranging events, marts, expositions, the races, sports race, concerts. Žagarė Cherry Festival celebration takes 4 days.
