This ad Below is from the opening of The Maple Lawn Inn October of 1945. Very simular adds popped up in the The Kentucky Post and Times-Star over the next 5 years. They made the paper in 1951 being fined for slot machines. I find it amussing the way they don't give an address. Just "The Stop sign in Alexadria" The Owner / Host was Harry Stien. Know as Jovial and welcoming. The tokens would have been made between 1945 and 1951. This is calculated speculation. Since he opened in 1945 and does not show up in any newspapers after the legal troubles in 1951.
