200 Pattern coins were originally struck by Monnaie de Paris, an unknown number of copies were subsequently made in Canada (recognizable due to the omission of the cross on the crown) around 1900, and many facsimiles are available online today, mintage unknown.
This particular version does have the cross at the top, though lightly defined:
