Note from contributor: It does not indicate that the 5 is cents it is assumed. Partualy based on another token from same business that does have ¢ symbol after the 5.Drexal blvd. is concidered a gem of beatiful landscape. In 1872 a landscape architect was hired. Under the direction of H.W.S. Cleveland, 500 trees were planted along Drexel and Grand Boulevards. It created beatiful greenbelt. There are postcards made of several of the locations along the greenbelt. The image here is a postcard in my collection it is from the area that would have been viewed from the tavern.
