Founded in 1922 for the exploitation of stone quarries for paving and macadam, these quarries were located for the Lower Rhine in Fouday, Lutzelhouse, Schwarzbach and Wisches and for the Upper Rhine in Gueberschwihr, Hattstatt and Voegtlinshoffen.
The company was dissolved on November 22, 1955.
The tokens were used between 1923 and 1929 and are rare.
There are also identical tokens of 10 cts and 25 cts.
