Lądek-Zdrój (formerly German Bad Landeck, Czech Landek) - a city in the province Dolnośląskie, in the Kłodzko poviat, the seat of the municipal-rural commune of Lądek-Zdrój. In the years 1975-1998 the city was administratively part of the province. Wałbrzych. It is located on Kłodzko land between the Golden Mountains and Krowiarki in the valley of the Biała Lądecka river, 25 km south-east of Kłodzko in the area geographically related to the South-Eastern Sudetes.
