On February 22, 1255, Henry III, Duke of Wrocław, issued what is known as a location document, granting Oleśnica town rights based on the Środa law. This ducat commemorates the 755th anniversary of this event.
On the obverse is the seal of the Duke of Wrocław, Henry III the White, and on the reverse is the coat of arms of Oleśnica.
