There are two varieties to this token.
Variety 1 - The large cent sign with a long slash all the way through. Var 2 has a smaller ¢ symbol and there are two short slashes to the outside of top and bottom of the symbol.
Variety 2 - Has a smaller ¢ symbol and there are two short slashes to the outside of top and bottom of the symbol.

The Rock Island Centennial Bridge crosses the Mississippi river and connects Rock Island, Illinois with Davenport, Iowa, on US Highway 67. Construction began in 1938. It is officially known as the Master Sergeant Stanley W. Talbot Memorial Bridge.
The bridge opened on July 12, 1940, and the original toll was 10 cents. Tolls no longer are used on the bridge.
